Finance & Tax Specialist

About the role

JTT LOGISTICS Vietnam, an international import/export logistics and freight forwarding company, is establishing a new branch in Hanoi to serve as a regional hub. The Finance & Tax Specialist will support the branch by ensuring financial accuracy, tax compliance and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial accounting records for the Vietnam branch.
• Prepare and file corporate tax returns in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to align financial practices with supply‑chain activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
• Professional certification such as VACPA, Brevet A/B, CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and tax roles, ideally within an international logistics, freight forwarding or import‑export environment in Vietnam.
