Financial Controlling Executive (Reporting)

About the role

The Financial Controlling Executive (Reporting) will lead accounting policy oversight and ensure compliance across business units. This role focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining robust accounting, tax and internal control frameworks in line with group standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting policies and compliance for assigned business units.
• Support business units in creating and maintaining accounting, tax and internal‑control policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting practices, ensuring strong internal controls and alignment with best practices.
• Monitor accounting processes, reporting quality and compliance with group policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of in‑house accounting or reporting experience.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, internal control frameworks and taxation.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Business‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
