Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) specialist will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision‑making across the company. Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will provide insightful analysis, optimise capital allocation and strengthen liquidity management to enable sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support business performance.
• Optimise capital allocation and evaluate investment opportunities against strategic objectives.
• Strengthen liquidity management, monitor cash flows and manage banking relationships.
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, investment analysis or financial management.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management and investment evaluation.
• Experience managing banking relationships and supporting business performance analysis.
