Financial Team Leader (Financial Controller)

About the role

The Financial Team Leader (Financial Controller) will report to the Head of Finance Livestock & Genetics and be responsible for the overall financial health of the assigned business unit. This senior role combines strategic financial planning, reporting, and cost‑control activities while advising the Board on short‑ and long‑term decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute finance management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Produce accurate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Lead financial research to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with executive staff to design and implement cost‑control initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting at a senior specialist level.
• At least 1 year of proven team‑management experience.
• Experience in a senior financial‑management role, partnering with executive leadership.
