Graduate Trainee Program

About the role

The Hub APMEA Graduate Trainee Program is a 12‑month structured development initiative designed to build a pipeline of high‑potential talent for Hitachi Energy Vietnam. Participants will receive broad exposure to core business functions while contributing to real projects in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple business units to understand end‑to‑end operations.
• Support engineering and customer‑facing projects under senior mentorship.
• Analyse data and prepare reports that inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions on leadership, innovation, and sustainability.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance customer value.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate (engineering or non‑engineering) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Effective communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Curious, ambitious and open to continuous learning.
