Graphic Design Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Design Team Leader to head our creative studio in Ho Chi Minh City. You will guide a talented group of designers, ensuring that every visual output aligns with brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee design concepts from initial ideas to final delivery across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to guarantee alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into the design process.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, creative and capable of managing time effectively.
