GRC Technology Manager – Hanoi

About the role

Ernst & Young Vietnam is looking for a seasoned GRC Technology Manager to join its Hanoi office. You will lead the delivery of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions for clients, shaping strategic road‑maps and driving technology‑focused business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end GRC implementation projects, from initial blueprint through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, defining strategic road‑maps and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee a team of consultants, providing mentorship, guidance and quality assurance on all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with technology advisory services.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in GRC, compliance management or IT risk management.
• Proven track record of managing complex consulting projects and leading teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
