Ground & Rail Head – Vietnam

About the role

The Ground & Rail Head will lead CEVA Logistics' land‑based transport business across Vietnam. This senior position is responsible for developing strategic opportunities, overseeing domestic and cross‑border trucking operations, and strengthening relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities for ground and rail transport.
• Manage all operational aspects of land‑based transport, including domestic and cross‑border trucking.
• Conduct regular business review meetings with customers to ensure service excellence.
• Develop ground transport as a core product offering for CEVA Vietnam and its clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align operational execution with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management, with leadership responsibilities.
• Background working with multinational logistics companies and managing local business operations.
• Hands‑on, proactive leadership style.
