Head of Corporate Coverage

About the role

The Head of Corporate Coverage will lead the corporate coverage franchise for ANZ in Vietnam. Reporting to the ANZ Vietnam Executive Committee, this senior leader is responsible for delivering the growth agenda across financial and non‑financial performance metrics while shaping the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, control expenses and achieve NPAT/ROE targets in line with country and segment goals.
• Develop and execute client acquisition, maintenance and up‑tiering strategies in partnership with risk, product and operations teams.
• Map client needs to internal capabilities and lead the development of risk, product and operational solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and country partners to design and implement growth strategies that increase market share.
• Provide leadership across coverage, risk management, product development and operational alignment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in corporate coverage or institutional banking.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Deep understanding of risk management, product development and operational processes.
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across regions.
• Member of executive‑level committees with strategic decision‑making experience.
