Head of Engineering & Maintenance – Tan Tao Industrial Zone

About the role

The Head of Engineering & Maintenance will oversee engineering and maintenance activities across three existing factories in the Tan Tao Industrial Zone and drive the preparation for a new factory expansion. This senior leader will champion continuous improvement, reliability, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations for three factories while preparing for a new plant.
• Implement TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive automation and digital transformation projects, including Industry 4.0, PLC/SCADA, and IoT implementations.
• Manage CAPEX, maintenance budgets, and critical spare‑parts strategies.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing engineering team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering/maintenance experience in continuous manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Engineering or Maintenance Manager.
• Proven expertise in TPM, reliability engineering, OEE, RCA, FMEA, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with international production equipment.
