Head of Marketing

About the role

SmartOSC is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to shape and execute high‑impact marketing strategies that position the company as a premium technology partner in global markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will leverage deep industry insights and a strong network of C‑level contacts to elevate the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Lead brand building initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute high‑profile events and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving growth for technology‑focused companies.
