HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee services across our international school network. The role will ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour legislation and provide first‑line HR support to staff and expatriates.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding – coordinate recruitment activities, arrange interviews, prepare offers and contracts, and manage induction for new hires.
• HR Operations – maintain employee records in Workday, process lifecycle changes, prepare employment letters and support probation and contract renewals.
• Payroll & Benefits – prepare monthly payroll data, monitor leave and attendance, administer benefits and reimbursements, and respond to employee enquiries.
• Employee Support & Compliance – act as first point of contact for HR queries, assist expatriates with visas and relocation, ensure compliance with ISP policies and Vietnamese legislation, and support employee wellbeing initiatives.
• HR Systems & Continuous Improvement – keep HR data up‑to‑date, support effective use of Workday and other systems, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Experience supporting recruitment, payroll and employee services.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labour legislation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese and excellent organisational attention to detail.
