HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, contract management and day‑to‑day personnel administration, supporting both local staff and expatriates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment process: gather recruitment plans, collect candidate information, and communicate with candidates.
• Conduct employee onboarding: receive new hires, deliver orientation training, and collect required documents and profile data.
• Manage staffing and personnel matters, including contract evaluation for expiring agreements.
• Support compensation & benefits (C&B) activities and maintain HR records.

Required profile

• College or university degree in administration, HR, law or foreign languages (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in general HR, C&B, or expatriate management.
• Basic understanding of HR tools, recruitment processes and employment legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
