HR Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an HR Intern in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting the HR team with document management, on‑site employee services, and onboarding activities. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee documents, issue Certificates of Employment, and assist in preparing labor contracts and appendices.
• Collect, digitise, and track personal files, ensuring accurate status updates.
• Provide on‑site consultancy for employee queries related to personal documents, tax, insurance, and labor contracts.
• Support onboarding by gathering bank details for payroll and conducting training sessions for new joiners.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to consolidate data for payroll processing.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience handling projects or events is a plus.
• Ability to provide a university recommendation letter containing full name, DOB, student code, university name, internship period, issue date, and official signature with stamp.
