HR Senior Group Leader

About the role

Nippon Paint Vietnam, a leading global paint manufacturer with nearly 150 years of history, is expanding its Human Resources team. The Senior HR Group Leader will drive strategic HR initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support sustainable growth across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and manage HR systems, KPI frameworks, performance and talent management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver high‑quality services.
• Partner with business leaders to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or large‑scale environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and social insurance requirements.
• Proven track record in building HR systems, managing KPIs, performance, and talent programs.
• Excellent leadership, planning, organizational and coaching abilities.
