HRBP Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager will lead talent planning and monitoring for Deloitte Vietnam, partnering closely with Tax & Legal leaders and the Talent Acquisition team. This senior role ensures the right talent is attracted, recruited, and integrated to support the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax & Legal leaders on resource planning and monitoring.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to design and execute talent attraction programs using various sourcing tools.
• Oversee approval processes, recruitment, and issuance of offer letters for vacant positions.
• Manage new‑hire communication, onboarding logistics, and integration activities.
• Drive employee engagement, compensation & benefits, HR relations, and career management initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, preferably within a foreign financial services organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese HR legislation, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
