About the role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to drive sales of chiller, AHU, and FCU solutions in the Hanoi market. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to support customers from quotation through to product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, contracts, forecasts and conduct customer visits.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering technical training on our HVAC products.
- Identify new projects, track progress, and manage the sales cycle until contract closure and on‑site delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Required profile
- Background in HVAC engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC field.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of chiller products, systems and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
