IATF Auditor – Quality Management Systems

About the role

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a qualified and experienced IATF Auditor to join our dynamic team. The IATF Auditor will conduct thorough assessments of client organisations' quality management systems to ensure compliance with International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of client organisations to evaluate the effectiveness of their quality management systems and compliance with industry best practices.
• Review and analyse client documentation related to quality management, providing constructive feedback and improvement recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact throughout the audit process and communicating findings clearly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in IATF standards and automotive industry trends, sharing expertise with colleagues.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining non‑conformities, findings and corrective‑action recommendations, and ensure timely submission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing quality or ISO management.
• Certified IATF Lead Auditor with solid knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements (preferred).
• Proven track record conducting quality management system audits in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with willingness to travel for business trips.
