Indirect Purchasing Intern

About the role

The Indirect Purchasing Intern will support Bosch’s procurement activities in Ho Chi Minh City, assisting the purchasing team with order processing, supplier management and data handling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documents for purchase order issuance.
• Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Assist in issuing and following up RFQs with local and overseas suppliers.
• Support buyers in the purchasing process and vendor creation.
• Monitor purchasing contracts and KPI implementation.
• Provide daily administrative assistance to the purchasing department.

Required profile

• Full‑time university student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration or related fields.
• Letter of recommendation/introduction from university with official stamp.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good time‑management, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
