Indirect Purchasing Intern

About the role

The Indirect Purchasing Intern will support the procurement team in managing supplier interactions, market research and purchase order follow‑up. This is a full‑time onsite internship at Bosch Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute RFQs, manage supplier responses and coordinate communication to ensure timely quotations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.
• Support negotiation efforts, track purchase orders and follow up on delivery status.
• Prepare purchasing reports, maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of procurement activities.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, team‑player with a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
