Industrial Engineer – Electrical, Instrumentation & Control

About the role

Aurecon is looking for an Industrial Engineer specialized in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control to join its Ho Chi Minh City office. You will be responsible for delivering complete engineering solutions from concept through construction and hand‑over for industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial design through construction and final review.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and regionally to ensure design integrity.
• Manage project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback.
• Assist in workload management and resource forecasting.
• Review compliance of drawings, reports, specifications and prepare appraisals.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• 3+ years experience in electrical design for low‑voltage systems and industrial lighting.
• Preferred experience in HV/MV systems, switchboard design, and instrumentation design.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work under high pressure.
