Industrial Engineer – Process Optimization

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Ha Tinh. The role focuses on analysing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving efficiency across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement optimisation strategies that increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design and refine manufacturing workflows.
• Use data‑analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to support production planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with data analysis and process optimisation tools.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with quality‑control standards and practices.
