Internal Accountant (Immediate Start Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Accountant to join RBA Vietnam’s finance team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role will support the accounting and finance operations of the group’s entities, ensuring accurate payment processing, bookkeeping and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and perform month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare and support VAT filings, tax declarations and other statutory compliance tasks.
• Assist in multi‑entity accounting, including intercompany transactions.
• Handle international payments and foreign‑currency transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with payment processing, AP/AR and month‑end closing.
• Experience supporting VAT filings and statutory compliance.
• Preferably experienced in a multi‑entity environment.
