IT End User Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT End User Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance to our employees at the Hung Yen manufacturing site. The role focuses on resolving day‑to‑day hardware and software issues, supporting engineering applications, and ensuring that all IT equipment is correctly installed and maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and networking problems.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Resolve basic engineering application issues and coordinate with higher‑level support when needed.
• Document incidents, solutions and maintain accurate records in the help‑desk system.
• Deliver courteous and timely customer service to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or quality‑focused environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.
