IT Manager

About the role

Spartronics Vietnam is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and support daily IT operations within its factory environment. The role focuses on maintaining stable IT infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and delivering timely services that enable efficient production and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day factory IT operations, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Provide support for ERP, MES and MRP systems and coordinate upgrades or troubleshooting with vendors and corporate IT.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls to protect production data and systems.
• Drive practical digitalisation initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Planning, and external vendors to resolve IT issues quickly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of overall IT experience, with 2–3 years in a manufacturing (EMS/PCBA/SMT) environment.
• Proven experience supporting ERP, MES or MRP applications in a factory setting.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external service providers.
