IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager

About the role

Manulife IT Delivery Center Vietnam is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of digital products and platforms that support Manulife’s business across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor large‑scale IT projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular status updates and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee post‑implementation support and warranty periods to guarantee solution stability.
• Drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager delivering complex technology solutions.
• University degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception through post‑implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
