Junior AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV), Bosch's first software development centre in Southeast Asia, is looking for a Junior AI Automation Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City. The role works across the department to find repetitive, manual and time-consuming workflows and turn them into automated, data-driven, AI-enabled processes, working with engineering teams, project managers and technical leads.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and map processes, propose automation and prioritize opportunities by business value, effort, frequency and feasibility
• Build automation solutions with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, APIs, Microsoft Teams/365, GitHub and AI/LLM tools, including automated reporting and scripts
• Explore Generative AI applications such as document summarization, meeting minutes, report generation, classification, data analysis and issue/defect analysis
• Automate data collection and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI and management reports, supporting engineering teams with data analysis and visualization
• Measure the impact of automation (hours saved, cycle time, error reduction, adoption) and continuously look for more digitalization

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field
• Good programming skills in Python or another language, solid software engineering foundation
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG or modern AI app development, and basic understanding of APIs and data integration
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and debugging skills, good English and teamwork
• Nice to have: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Azure, prompt engineering, RPA, data analytics, machine learning
