About the role

The Management Board for the National University construction project in Hòa Lạc is hiring qualified professionals for three key positions: Accountant, Architect, and Project Management Specialist. These roles support the planning, execution, and financial settlement of large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Accountant: Prepare and finalize project settlement statements, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and produce required reports.
• Architect: Develop and adjust project designs, coordinate technical specifications, and support construction documentation.
• Project Management Specialist: Oversee project implementation, manage bidding processes, and monitor progress against schedules and budgets.

Required profile

• University degree (at least good grade) in Accounting, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related fields.
• Minimum 36 months continuous work experience in a relevant role.
• Clear criminal record and full civil capacity.
• Good health and physical condition.

Required skills

• English proficiency at B1 level or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with an ICT certification as defined by the national decree.
