Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and leading priority key accounts, ensuring strong sales performance, inventory control, and profitable growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational oversight, and customer relationship management to drive short‑ and medium‑term business success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead assigned priority key accounts across sales, inventory, and budget dimensions.
• Develop and execute short‑ and medium‑term business plans to achieve sales targets and sustainability goals.
• Monitor account performance, investment, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to support account needs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, key account management, channel management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Fair level of English communication.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excel skills, including basic formulas and H/VLOOKUP functions.
