About the role

The Process Engineer will join the manufacturing team at LG Innotek Vietnam, focusing on optimizing production lines and ensuring high quality output. This role involves setting up and programming equipment, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines.
• Optimize processes to improve throughput, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Stabilize and enhance production performance (setup time, units per hour, MTBA).
• Secure product quality and lead improvement projects.
• Control yield, investigate issues (FACA), and manage spare parts inventory.
• Implement life‑cycle analysis (LCA) and diagnostic (Dx) initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Proficient English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in automation, mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, electrical or a related field.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within electronic manufacturing.
• Fluent use of MS Office applications.
