About the role

We are looking for an Application Engineer with strong mechanical knowledge and AutoCAD expertise to support our fastener solutions. The role combines technical consulting, pre‑sales support, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure customers receive the right products for their applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex customer specifications and recommend appropriate fasteners, materials, coatings, and standards (ISO, DIN, JIS).
• Partner with the sales team on pre‑sales activities, including technical presentations, site visits, product demos, and torque/strength calculations.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to address technical issues and improve product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Production Engineering, Precision Mechanics, Mechanical Design, or Materials Science/Metallurgy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
