Lead Front-End Engineer

About the role

One Nexus Cloud is an AI‑native public cloud platform that developers access via a web console, a command‑line interface (CLI), and language SDKs. The entire front‑end experience is built around these three entry points, and we are looking for a Lead Front‑End Engineer to own and evolve them.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the web console, CLI, and SDK front‑end components.
• Define and enforce front‑end architecture standards for large‑scale codebases.
• Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to shape API contracts (OpenAPI, gRPC) and authentication flows (OIDC).
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and security across all front‑end products.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical leader with proven experience architecting complex front‑end applications.
• Deep understanding of backend concepts, API design, and data flow.
• Ability to read and influence backend code, define API specifications, and reason about authentication mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills to work across product, design, and engineering teams.
