Lead Front‑end Developer – Enterprise UX

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to shape next‑generation workflow platforms used by over 500,000 users worldwide. We are looking for a Lead Front‑end Developer who combines strong technical leadership, front‑end architecture expertise, and a UX engineering mindset to deliver scalable, high‑performance, and intuitive enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the front‑end architecture (React + TypeScript) with robust state‑management, API contracts, and real‑time data strategies.
• Own and scale the Bosch Digital Design System and component library, ensuring pixel‑perfect consistency across regions.
• Design and implement complex UI flows such as drag‑and‑drop workflow builders and real‑time dashboards.
• Guarantee global readiness through i18n, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimisation, and security best practices.
• Establish testing strategies, CI/CD quality gates, bundle analysis and static security checks.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, define engineering standards and contribute to hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of professional front‑end experience, with at least 3 years leading teams or major initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale web applications in fast‑paced, sprint‑based global environments.
• Experience delivering software that respects regional cultural nuances and varying network conditions.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility, SEO, and front‑end security (OWASP, XSS, CSP).
• Agile mindset with a track record of successful cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Sass/CSS Modules.
• State‑management libraries such as Redux or MobX; familiarity with Angular or Vue.js.
• Design‑system tools: Storybook, Chromatic, Style Dictionary, design tokens.
• Version control and CI/CD pipelines: Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Automated testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Playwright.
• Observability tools: Sentry, Datadog; knowledge of performance metrics (Core Web Vitals).
