Lean / Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager

About the role

The company seeks a Lean / Continuous Improvement Manager to drive efficiency and waste reduction across its manufacturing operations in Hung Yen, Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Lean tools and methodologies directly within manufacturing processes.
• Analyze operations to identify waste and optimize production flow, including planning, line balancing, and takt time.
• Lead Lean initiatives with measurable business outcomes and monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality, waste levels, and cycle time.
• Train production managers and teams on Lean concepts and support change‑management efforts.

Required profile

• Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing waste, or shortening production cycle time.
• Hands‑on experience implementing Lean tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working directly with production teams during change‑management initiatives, including handling resistance.
• Experience leading large‑scale manufacturing transformations or building Lean programs from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills.
