About the role

The Learning and Development team is seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individual to support firm‑wide L&D initiatives. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in training coordination and administrative support within a leading professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS).
• Organise and file documentation to support the L&D team’s administrative tasks.
• Assist facilitators during training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Schedule training events and coordinate logistics such as venues, materials, and catering.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare training materials and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Strong capacity to learn new concepts quickly and share ideas with colleagues.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
