Learning & Development Intern – Training

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support the on‑boarding and training activities at Bosch’s HcP plant. The role will give you hands‑on experience in coordinating courses, managing training data and assisting HR events in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with on‑boarding training for new hires and organize training sessions.
• Communicate with internal and external trainers to arrange courses.
• Update and maintain the training database, including KPIs and performance records.
• Coordinate transportation for off‑site training and distribute certificates after completion.
• Visualize and display the training calendar at the plant.
• Maintain 5S standards in training rooms and HRL3 storage.
• Support administrative tasks for the training team and HRL events.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Final‑year student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong communication, teamwork and proactive attitude.
• Hard‑working, responsible and honest.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
