Local Sales Manager

About the role

The Local Sales Manager will lead the sales function of Logwin Air + Ocean Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh office, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the logistics and freight forwarding market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Ho Chi Minh office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to maximise performance and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities and emerging opportunities in international transportation and freight forwarding.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and business plans for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or Import‑Export.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, including at least 5 years in a sales management or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of logistics market trends and international transportation services.
