Logistic Senior Executive (Warehouse)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Senior Executive to lead our warehouse operations in Ho Chi Minh City. The role oversees third‑party logistics providers, ensures smooth inbound and outbound flows, and guarantees that store shipments meet promised dates. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, managing KPIs and coordinating closely with retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 3PL activities covering all warehouse functions from inbound to outbound.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and productivity, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Cross‑check shipment plans and coordinate with stores to ensure on‑time shipping and accurate goods receipt.
• Track stock in transit and clear it from the system once received.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise processes and maintain service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in retail or convenience‑store environments.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations and ordering processes.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and produce timely reports.
• Hard‑working and able to handle a fast‑paced environment.
