Logistics Planning & Operations Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Logistics Planning & Operations Intern in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh. You will support the logistics team by assisting with ERP planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization while gaining hands‑on experience in a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide planning support on the ERP system and help with demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on logistics metrics and operational performance.
• Support supply‑chain coordination, including shipment tracking and vendor communication.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the logistics management system.
• Assist in process‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve logistics issues and support order fulfillment.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory) and fluent English communication.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to work effectively across functional teams and receive constructive feedback.
