Loyalty Program Manager, Mobility Aftermarket Division

About the role

The Loyalty Program Manager will lead the eXtra loyalty program and oversee the Bosch Business Dealer and Workshop portals across ASEAN and Oceania, ensuring successful rollout, data integration and adoption. The role also drives the migration of the eCatalogue to a new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Regional ownership of the eXtra loyalty program, including bulk points booking, 2.0 upgrade alignment and global rollout.
• End‑to‑end management of the Bosch Business Dealer and Workshop portals: strategy, development, rollout and ongoing adoption.
• Manage data connections between distributor systems and the portals, ensuring accurate CTA targets and turnover data flow.
• Support local marketing teams with campaign data and integrate portal insights into sales conversations.
• Define, plan and prioritize portal feature road‑maps together with the technology team.
• Lead migration of the existing eCatalogue to a new platform and sunset legacy instances across ASEAN markets.

Required profile
