Maintenance Technician for Stamping Molds

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician specialized in stamping molds to join our production team at Vinfast’s Ha Tinh plant. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of stamping mold equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on stamping molds to maintain optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues affecting molds and related machinery.
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules, documenting all activities.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new molds and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the workshop.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with stamping molds or similar press equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
