Maintenance Technician – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure at the Long Thanh plant. The role combines preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime while complying with GMP, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation failures, and reduce Mean Time to Repair.
• Execute preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule and continuously improve maintenance plans.
• Maintain manufacturing and warehouse equipment such as mixers, sieving machines, packaging lines, forklifts and material‑handling systems.
• Support utility and facility systems including power distribution, HVAC, compressed air, purified water, dust extraction and building infrastructure.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analyses and reliability projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Automation, Electromechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 2‑3 years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, FMCG, food & beverage).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, sensors and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, P&IDs and technical manuals; basic English for technical documentation.
