Management Associate – Design Management (Under 3 Years Experience)

About the role

Join CapitaLand Development Vietnam as a Management Associate in a permanent, 18‑month graduate program. The role is designed to fast‑track future leaders in design management within real‑estate development, offering cross‑functional rotations, structured learning and mentorship from senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple design‑related rotations across architecture, interior, landscape and urban planning teams.
• Support senior managers in developing design concepts, project briefs and feasibility studies.
• Assist in coordinating design reviews, stakeholder workshops and documentation.
• Contribute to design thinking sessions and innovation initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in real‑estate development and a long‑term career in design management.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
