Managing Consultant – Deploy Consulting Services

About the role

As a Managing Consultant in the Deploy practice, you will partner with clients to drive the successful delivery of new products, complex technology implementations and large‑scale transformation programs. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that initiatives generate measurable business value and sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning with strategic client objectives.
• Own governance, execution planning and delivery tracking for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders, manage escalations and ensure timely decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Translate delivery activities into measurable value realization and lasting business impact.
• Strengthen client capabilities by sharing expertise and best practices.
• Contribute to business development by spotting expansion opportunities and supporting proposal creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management and client‑facing consulting roles.
• Track record of delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly.
• Experience leading large‑scale technology implementations and transformation programs.
• Ability to strengthen client internal skills and transform processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance expertise.
• Demonstrated risk‑management and decision‑making capabilities.
