Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer (Senior)

About the role

As a Senior Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer you will lead the design and deployment of digital and AI solutions that enhance production, quality, engineering and operations at Bosch's Long Thanh plant. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn manufacturing challenges into data‑driven opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify pain points in manufacturing processes and propose suitable digital, AI or low‑code solutions.
• Lead the implementation, rollout and adoption of MES, automation tools, AI models and ready‑made applications.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, vendors and IT teams to gather requirements, align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor solution performance, guarantee they deliver expected business value and troubleshoot issues.
• Promote best digital practices, share knowledge and support users in adopting new tools and ways of working.
• Use data, reporting and automation to improve efficiency, traceability and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Electronics or Automation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a factory environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine‑learning concepts and data‑mining techniques.
• Proficiency in English communication.
