Marketing Officer / Brand Officer – Hanoi

About the role

The Marketing Officer / Brand Officer will support the Brand Manager in driving brand growth and market presence for Diana Unicharm JSC in Vietnam. This position focuses on research, campaign development, product packaging ideas, and ensuring compliance of all marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with research agencies to conduct marketing research projects and monitor market trends.
• Conceptualize and execute thematic marketing campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Generate ideas for new product package designs and coordinate with design teams.
• Supervise the approval process for marketing literature, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Monitor product distribution and provide insights to improve market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Business, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret research data.
