MEP Assistant Superintendent

About the role

The MEP Assistant Superintendent will support the delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems for the new U.S. Embassy Campus in Hanoi. Reporting to the senior superintendent, you will ensure that all MEP installations are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily activities with the superintendent, site workers, architects and project managers.
• Integrate MEP designs with overall building plans and resolve any design‑construction conflicts.
• Monitor work quality, conduct site inspections, and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, issues, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience as an MEP Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems on‑site.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English for workplace communication.
