Merchandising Executive – Nonfood Hair & Men

About the role

The Merchandising Executive will lead the performance of the non‑food Hair & Men category for Aeon Vietnam. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, margin goals and optimizing stock levels while enhancing private‑brand and core‑customer share.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, margin, later income and manage old and potential old stock.
• Monitor turnover days, stock days, private‑brand share and core‑customer share.
• Plan and allocate product assortment, pricing and promotions to maximize category performance.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier relationships and ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate planograms and ensure product availability on the shop floor.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of retail experience in merchandising or buying.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Customer‑focused with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑disciplined, able to work independently and handle pressure.
