Mold/Die Engineer

About the role

Vinfast is looking for a motivated Mold/Die Engineer to join its Body in White engineering team at the Ha Tinh plant. In this hands‑on position you will be responsible for ensuring the dimensional quality and functional performance of under‑body and upper‑body components.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify dimensions of molds and dies using GD&T and advanced measurement techniques.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on dimensional deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Adjust tooling and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
• Collaborate with design engineers to modify CAD models in CATIA for tooling improvements.
• Document findings and maintain technical records in line with automotive quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive Body in White engineering, focusing on dimensional control and process optimization.
• Proven ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and implement tooling adjustments.
