Mortgage Broker Support Staff – Loan Processor (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level Mortgage Broker Support Staff member to assist our brokers with loan processing tasks. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a finance, banking or accounting background who are eager to start a career in mortgage services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
• Enter loan data into the system and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Support brokers with customer service inquiries and follow‑up communications.
• Assist in debt collection activities and manage loan documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the loan lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong command of English – both spoken and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in mortgage brokerage and loan processing.

Required skills

• Full‑time schedule: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with optional remote work on Saturdays.
